Frequently asked questions

Can you offer any advice on how to best network?

Networking is all about connecting with people who have skills and knowledge that can help you grow. These could be abilities that improve your performance in your current job or help advance your career. Think of it as a chance to learn from others while also sharing your own insights. By doing this, you’ll build strong relationships and expand your professional network.

What advice do you offer to professionals who are switching fields?

Before changing careers, take the time to ensure it's the right move for both you and your support system. Switching fields often means leaving behind years of experience, which could make you underqualified and require starting over at an entry-level position—especially if you're aiming for a higher salary. If you choose to make a change, follow your passion and pursue a career path where you can truly grow and thrive.

I heard about an open position that interests me. Can I apply online before it is posted?
